At Ivy League Kids Learning Center, we value a strong partnership with families to support each child’s growth, safety, and well-being. By enrolling your child, you agree to uphold the following responsibilities:
Communication
Keep open, respectful communication with teachers and staff.
Inform the center of any changes that may affect your child’s behavior, health, or routine.
Attend scheduled conferences, parent meetings, and events whenever possible.
Check your child’s folder, emails, and parent app updates daily.
Health & Safety
Keep your child home when they are ill or exhibiting symptoms of communicable conditions.
Provide updated medical records, allergy information, medication forms, and emergency contacts.
Notify the center immediately of any changes to authorized pick-up persons.
Follow all safety policies during drop-off and pick-up.
Attendance
- Ensure your child arrives on time and is picked up before closing.
- Notify the center in advance of absences, vacations, or schedule changes.
- Respect program hours and late-pick-up policies.
Supplies
- Provide all required supplies, labeled clearly with your child’s name (extra clothing, diapers, wipes, bedding, etc.).
- Replace items as needed when notified by staff.
- Avoid sending toys or personal items unless requested for special activities.
Financial
Pay tuition and fees on time according to the center’s billing schedule.
Review and understand all financial policies, including late fees and registration costs.
Communicate promptly if you have questions about billing.
Parents Software
We use the ChildPilot Login to help you stay connected and informed each day! With ChildPilot, you can view your child’s activities, see photos, track their progress, and message teachers anytime.
